Day 8 - Draw the Circle - One God-Idea

My team is God's team.

WHAT DO YOU THINK?
As I grow my business, I don’t take being a team leader lightly.  Family and friends have followed me into the use of our products and in turn, so have THEIR friends and family. Many of them are looking to help provide for their families through this endeavor, as I am.  It is a great joy to be able to help people as they need it.

To be more effective, however, I am in constant prayer about how I should do what I do.  With God, I don't worry about the amount of customers I have or how fast I'm advancing.  He's got that. Mine is to show up for work so I'm positioned to receive His blessing.  With God, I know that what I do is a ministry.  The business is a symptom of SINCERE service.

Conductng business through prayer has allowed me to be more effective for my team.  For example, when I thought of business training, I was just going to pick an aspect of what I DO and expand on that. When I asked God how to train, He directed me to train these categories for a team meeting called VIP:  Vision. Independence. (em)Power.
-Product:  This segment showcases the product of the month. This includes in-depth information sharing scientific study and lesser known facts.  These extra details make us better teachers.
-Better Business Practices:  This is where we set the culture of our team, Business is a Symptom of Service, and gain knowledge about the mechanics of what we do.  We answer the questions, "Why do we do this?" and "How do we do it?"
- Leadership Skills:  How do we become people worth following?   We share principles of good leadership.
- Personal Development:  How do we dare to dream, conquer fear, enjoy what we do?  We grow. And we do it together.

Yes, leading with God as my center, will always be more effective than anything I could do on my own.

Pray as if it depends on God. Work as if it depends on you.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
-Continue to work as slow or fast as God directs me.
-Listen for God's counsel in all that I do.
-Pray for my team, that God would bless their efforts.

NOW TALK TO GOD...
Father, I know that every good part of all that I do and all that I am is because of You. Your provision, counsel, gifting and blessing allow me to be more than I ever thought I could be. I am humbled by Your grace and mercy in my life.  THANK YOU for the blessing of new and deeper friendships that have formed through these efforts. Thank you for the opportunity to serve others. Thank you for allowing me to witness the miracle of healing through Your plants. Father, forgive Your people for thinking we could do it better.  Help us to discern what medicine truly heals and what medicine is harmful.  Lord, in all things, we give You thanks and praise. In Jesus' name, amen.
