I AM Worthy of Being Protected

Boy oh boy, did God do a mighty work in me today!!!
My emotional issue, since I was a child,has been: I am not worthy to be protected. So much has come from that - being fiercely independent, not relying on anyone, not allowing myself to be vulnerable, starting a fight before someone else could, not backing down...it's colored (tainted) so many relationships. As I thought about this, God played a movie in my mind's eye of all the many times He protected me throughout my life. Truly, I see that had it not been for His divine intervention, over and over, I wouldn't be here today. I am mightily loved by the greatest protector of all. Thank You, Lord.
